1. Who are we?

We are ProfeVision, a platform that helps teachers grade multiple choice exams and analyze their students' results quickly and easily. You can use our app or website to manage your classes and exams.

2. What information do we collect?

We collect two types of information:

a) Your account and usage information

Email and password: To create your account and identify you.
Subscription data: If you have a paid subscription, we store the necessary information to manage it.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use ProfeVision, such as how often you log in, from which devices, your IP address, browser type, etc.
Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to make the platform work correctly and to improve your experience. We don't use them for advertising.

b) Information you choose to enter

Your students' data: If you want, you can enter names, surnames, identification numbers and classes of your students.
Exams and results: When you grade exams, you can save images and results to analyze them later.
Your class information: You can create records of your classes and link them with your students.

3. What do we use your information for?

We use your information to:

Provide you with ProfeVision's service and constantly improve it.
Respond to your questions or queries.
Customize the platform for you.
Send you important notices about your account, subscription or ProfeVision news.

We never sell your information or use it to show you advertising.

4. Who do we share your information with?

We only share your information in these cases:

When you decide: For example, if you export results to another system.
With service providers: We work with companies that help us send emails, host our servers or provide technical support. These companies only use your information to help us and are obligated to protect it.
By legal obligation: If an authority requires it, we may share information to comply with the law or protect the rights of ProfeVision and its users.

• You can use ProfeVision without syncing your data with our servers.
• You can delete or edit your students', classes' and exams' information at any time.
• If you want to delete your account and all your data, you can do so from the "My Account" section.

7. How long do we keep your information?

If you delete data or your account, we will delete it from all our systems within a maximum of 60 days. If your account is inactive for a long time, we will also delete your data to protect your privacy.

8. What communications will I receive?

We will send you emails only for important matters: security notices, information about your account, news or support. If you don't want to receive certain emails, you can let us know at any time.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change something important in this policy, we will let you know by email and when you enter the app or website. You will always be able to consult the most updated version on our site.
